Leo Nahe is a Kanaka ʻŌiwi raised in Waiʻehu, Maui. She studied Environmental Studies and Sociology at Gonzaga University, where she focused on understanding the complexities of the U.S. food system. Today, she dedicates her time to caring for ʻāina and strengthening pilina within the lāhui. Leo is involved in many projects across the paeʻāina, from free stands and tool libraries to community organizing and social media kōkua, and she is committed to supporting her community in whatever ways are needed.
